Accessibility
Designed to be read.
A publication is not accessible if only some readers can use it. We aim to make the site usable with keyboards, zoom, and assistive technology.
Our approach
Fieldwork uses semantic headings, visible focus styles, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive image alternatives, and responsive layouts. The site can be navigated without a pointing device, and the main content can be reached through a skip link.
We avoid time-limited interactions, auto-playing media, and decorative motion that cannot be reduced. The site respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
External websites are outside our direct design control. We welcome reports about accessibility problems with links from this site.
Some older articles may include complex data, external references, or images that need additional description. We welcome specific suggestions for improvement.
Report a barrier
Email editorial@wisevoyoge.com with the page URL, the device or assistive technology you are using, and what prevented you from completing a task. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports and prioritise fixes that block access to content.
Standards
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference. This page describes our intentions, not a claim of formal certification. Accessibility is maintained through testing and reader feedback.
